Charles Wheeler heads up 5 full time pro coaches at the club. The coaches can be seen on courts from early morning through to Floodlight times and on the weekends. Although the main element of CWTC is the elite player, there are programs for players from 4 years of age (Teeny Tigers) right through to the aspiring adult player.
One of the more unique elements of the CWTC academy has been the building of the clay court at the German Country Club in November 2008. This has given all players the opportunity to train and play on the clay surface at the club. To date this is one of only two clay courts at tennis clubs in the whole country.
